Easy Banana Oat Pancakes – 3-Ingredient Breakfast Kids Love

Soft, naturally sweet pancakes made with just 3 ingredients. Perfect for picky eaters and ready in 5 minutes!

Ingredients

1 ripe banana

2 eggs

3 tablespoons rolled oats

1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)

1 teaspoon honey for serving (optional)

Instructions

1. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.

2. Add the eggs and oats and mix well.

3. For smoother batter, blend for 30 seconds.

4. Heat a pan over medium-low heat and add a little butter or oil.

5. Pour small amounts of batter into the pan.

6. Cook for 2 minutes until bubbles form, then flip.

7. Cook for 1 more minute until golden.

8. Serve with honey or your child’s favorite topping.

Notes

Use a very ripe banana for natural sweetness. Make a double batch and freeze for busy mornings. Reheat in the toaster or microwave. Gluten-free if using certified GF oats.
