Easy Baked Chicken Nuggets for Picky Eaters

Crispy, juicy, and kid-approved baked chicken nuggets ready in 30 minutes. The perfect picky eater dinner idea made with real chicken and simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cut into nugget-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Cut chicken into nugget-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towel
  • Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper
  • Beat eggs in one bowl, mix panko, Parmesan and olive oil in another
  • Dip each piece in egg then press into breadcrumb mixture.
    Place on lined baking sheet, bake at 200°C (400°F) for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway

Notes

Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness. Make sure nuggets aren’t touching on the baking sheet!
